Processing Time
All mats are crafted to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before shipping.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
How to Return
- Email support@brovich.com with your order number
- We will send a prepaid return label (US orders only)
- Drop off at any USPS location
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt
Non-Returnable
Custom or personalized orders. Items marked final sale.
Damaged or Defective
We stand behind our quality. If your mat arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, email us within 7 days for a free replacement - no return needed.
